Get your cocoa on. The Waynesboro Cocoa Crawl & Hometown Christmas Celebration will be held Friday, Dec. 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. in Downtown Waynesboro. Enjoy sampling different flavors of hot cocoa while strolling downtown streets. Tickets are $5 and available online through Mason Dixon Creations.

Go for the goat. Christmas pics with goats in pajamas will be offered Friday, Dec. 16, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Marketplace at Gettysburg, 2440 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg. Cost is $10 per family, cash only.

Strut your stuff. An Ugly Sweater Contest will be held Friday, Dec. 16, at 7 p.m. at the Waynesboro Theatre. Wear your best ugly sweater for your chance to win an awesome prize, then watch “Christmas Vacation.” Tickets are $6.

Step back in time. A Colonial Christmas at the Conococheague will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, from 10 am. to 4 p.m. at Conococheague Institute near Mercersburg. The free community Christmas Celebration will include make-and-takes, historic beverages and more.

Visit the Belsnickel. A Fort Loudoun Christmas will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, from noon to 5 p.m. Craft vendors will be on hand, as well as a Christmas Village and Train Display, plus fort tours, axe throwing, kids’ games and the Belsnickel (Santa) at historic Fort Loudoun.
