CHAMBERSBURG–Franklin County Commissioners will meet, April 24, beginning at 10 a.m. in the administration building. The agenda is as follows:

3.01 Vouchers

3.02 Children and Youth – Quarterly updated contract listing for additional contracts and addendums for fiscal year 2023 2024 for the Children and Youth department. Contract listing is maintained for proper accounting of all contracts to include vendor name and address, type(s) of service provided and rate(s) charged for services.

3.03**Department of Emergency Services – Exhibit A-1 to the Site License Agreement to the Interoperability and Site Sharing Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting by and through the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), and the County of Franklin signed November of 2019. This exhibit sets the terms for PSP to collocate at the county owned Clark’s Knob Tower Site. PSP will conduct a structural analysis for County approval prior to any installation activity. This is a no cost agreement.

3.04 Elections – approve voucher for election poll worker pay in the amount not to exceed $70,000.

5. Regular Agenda

4.01**Aging – Agreement for the County of Franklin to use of the Kauffman Community Center to host a Caregivers Support Program Self-Care Training on Friday, September 6, 2024. The rental time for September 6th is 8:00AM to 2:00PM. The maximum encumbrance of this agreement is $900.00. This will be paid for by the PDA Aging Grant.

4.02**Aging – Agreement between the County of Franklin and Baers Sign Services LLC for (3) 18″x24″ two-sided coroplast signs with step stakes (Best in the Tristate) for Greencastle Senior Activity Center at a cost of $65.00. This will be paid by the PDA Aging Block Grant.
