Vibrant Artwork Takes Center Stage at Waynesboro Studio Art Club

Waynesboro Studio Art Club welcomed guests to its 70th annual Clothesline Art Exhibit May 3 through 5 at Evangelical Lutheran Church (ELC) in Waynesboro. Co-chairs of the show were Jean Frey and Janette Koons.

Exhibit categories included historical, landscape (oil, watercolor, acrylic or gouache on paper), floral, still life, pastel, portraits, animal portraits, drawings or transparent graphics, genre, abstract and pottery; and student categories – realism and abstract.

The club is a non-profit community organization whose mission is to enhance and share the visual arts.

All are welcome to join the monthly meetings at ELC, 43 S. Church St., at 6:30 p.m. the third Thursday in September, October, November, April and May, and at 2 p.m. the third Saturday in January, February and March.
