GREENCASTLE- The Greencastle-Antrim School District is celebrating the impressive achievements of its high school students who recently completed their Health Careers Institute (HCI) presentations. The HCI program, a collaborative effort between the school district and local healthcare professionals, provides students with the opportunity to explore a wide range of career options in the healthcare field. Over the course of the semester, these dedicated students immersed themselves in learning about the diverse paths available within the healthcare industry.
During the presentations, students showcased their newfound knowledge and shared their personal reflections on the healthcare professions they had the chance to learn about. From nursing and medical laboratory science to physical therapy and pharmacy, the students demonstrated a deep understanding of the skills, educational requirements, and daily responsibilities associated with each field.
