CVAS Pet of the Week: Chum

Looking for a new friend? The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter is featuring these Pets of the Week. For more information, visit http://www.cvas-pets.org/ or call 717-263-5791.

Chum came into the shelter as a stray and we think he’s about 6 years old. This Chihuahua definitely has “little man syndrome” in that can be a little spicy at times and believe he’s the kind of everything. He would do best in an all-adult home. Chum weighs around 10 pounds and loves being with people. He will need someone that understands Chihuahuas and their behaviors. Chum may need to meet with his potential adopters several times to establish a relationship with them before going home with them. Do you have the right spot for this cute little fellow?

EDDARD

If you are looking for a feline hugger, Eddard is your guy! He is the biggest cuddle bug and he loves to hold his paws on either side of you and give you kisses! Eddard is 3 years old and has struggled with stress-related diarrhea here at the shelter. He is currently on a special diet and is doing well on it – he may no longer need a special diet when he finds a home. He loves people so much he just can’t stand being in a cage. Could you help him out?
