The FCADC is in the preliminary stages of subdividing a 20.5 acre parcel within the Wharf Road Industrial Park into three building lots. A sketch plan has been developed that includes a 30,000, 35,000, and 60,000 square foot facility. The project will take shape throughout the year and plans are to construct at least one of the buildings and making it available for lease or purchase.
