WAYNE HEIGHTS—The Washington Township Board of Supervisors recently approved a conditional use application for a property in the 12200 block of Charmian Lane for use as a bed and breakfast.

Also at the recent meeting, Justin Kump was sworn in as a member of the Blue Ridge Summit Fire and Rescue Fire Police.

Earthwork for the new Township office and Police Station complex in Rouzerville started this past week as financial arrangements are being prepared. 

The official groundbreaking for the new township building will take place at the property at June 3 at 11 a.m.

.The next Supervisor’s meeting is scheduled for June 6 at 1:30pm.
