CHAMBERSBURG—The Franklin County Area Agency on Aging will offer a talk by guest speaker Peggy Ann Bradnick. As a teenager, Bradnick was kidnapped near her home in Shade Gap and the ensuing weeklong search made national headlines as the largest manhunt in Pennsylvania history at that time.
