Dr. Robert Edward “Bob” Weiss, 72, of Hagerstown, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024. He was the husband of Barbara Livov Weiss.
Born October 28, 1951, in Hagerstown, he was a son of the late Bernard and Gloria Denton Weiss
Bob served his community as a pediatrician for 36 years.
He was a dedicated member of B’nai Abraham synagogue, singing in the choir, and teaching Hebrew.
Bob loved music, travel, and learning languages.
In addition to his wife, he is survivied by two sons, Geoffrey and Aaron Weiss; brother David Weiss and wife Carolyn; his stepmother Renee Weiss; stepsiblings Wayne and Hilarie Viener; and cousin Richard Weiss.
The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown is assisting the family with arrangements. A graveside services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at B’nai Abraham Cemetery, 17517 Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown.
