HARRISBURG—In anticipation of potentially hazardous wintry and icy conditions in much of the state on Thursday and Friday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission are advising motorists to monitor local forecasts and avoid unnecessary travel. Additionally, the agencies anticipate implementing various speed and vehicle restrictions throughout the storm. Traffic safety topics are introduced bi-monthly posing a question for the public to answer. WAYNESBORO–The latest feline available for adoption at Antietam Humane Society is Ophelia, a 6-month-old spayed female, DSH. Ophelia came to the AHS in January of 2022 as strays with her friend Oakley after being found wandering around sick. This pretty girl is all healthy and working on finding her forever home.
