WAYNESBORO – Members of The Rotary Club of Waynesboro and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority swept into Waynesboro’s Walmart in the early morning hours Dec. 1 to satisfy an important mission as specially designated Santa’s helpers.

With detailed wish lists in hand as assistance from Walmart associates, Santa’s special helpers combed the aisles looking high and low for baby dolls and basketballs, puzzles, games, art supplies, remote controlled cars, stuffies and all variety of “FUN STUFF!”

Santa’s helpers will reconvene over the next couple of weeks at Hurley Auction Center where they’ll sort and wrap toys for each child in preparation for Santa’s big day.
