Waynesboro, is set to host a captivating tribute concert featuring the legendary music of Simon & Garfunkel. The event, titled “Forever Simon & Garfunkel: A Tribute,” will take place on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 3 p.m. in the Oyer Auditorium of Waynesboro Area Senior High School. This performance is part of the 2024-2025 Concert Season organized by Live On Stage and the Waynesboro Community Concert Association.
Sean Altman and Jack Skuller, both acclaimed singer-songwriters and founders of the popular tribute show The Everly Set, will bring their energy and precision harmonies to the stage. The duo promises an engaging experience as they take audiences through the rich history of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, performing iconic hits such as:
- “The Sound of Silence”
- “Bridge Over Troubled Water”
- “Mrs. Robinson”
Tickets are $25 for single admission, available at the door or online at waynesboropaconcerts.org. Additionally, subscriptions for the entire concert season are available for $50, which includes reciprocal performances with concert associations in Gettysburg and Hagerstown. Notably, students from K-12 can attend for free, with those in grades K-8 required to be accompanied by an adult.
This concert also serves as WCCA’s Military Appreciation Concert, welcoming all active duty, retired, and reservist military personnel along with their families as honored guests. The association has a long-standing tradition of supporting local communities and honoring those who serve.
