WAYNESBORO- Families in Washington Township gathered for a festive evening at the annual Trunk or Treat event hosted by the Washington Township Police Department on Friday, Oct. 18. From 5 to 7 p.m., children dressed as ghosts and ghouls enjoyed a safe trick-or-treating experience, engaging with local first responders and community partners, including Blue Ridge Fire & Rescue and the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. The event aimed to foster community spirit and provide a fun-filled atmosphere for families in the area.
