CHAMBERSBURG – Solid Growth Properties formally re-opened a new office property for lease in the in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5000 Letterkenny Rd.

Based in York, Solid Growth Properties buy and lease commercial properties in south central Pennsylvania.

“This building at 5000 Letterkenny Road is a great property,” according to Darren Smith, who directs Solid Growth Properties’ activities.  “We had been leasing a property at 4750 Technology Ave. in the Cumberland Valley Business Park, when we saw the potential in this property to attract local businesses looking for a professional and secure office space, who may also have the need for outdoor storage.”

The building was formerly the headquarters building for Letterkenny Army Depot.  When it was subsequently made available for private ownership by the Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority, it was used by government contractors for many years.  With this background, the facility has security features not normally found in standard business offices.

Solid Growth Properties currently leases the building to seven professional tenants and has availability ranging from 375 to 6,093 square feet to welcome new businesses.  Interested parties may contact them at solidgrowthproperties.com or 717-837-5083.
