On Wednesday, Aug. 28, these centers will operate from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. as designated cooling stations for local residents aged 60 and older. In addition to the extended hours at these three locations, older residents are also welcome to visit the county’s five other senior activity centers, which will maintain their regular hours of operation.
