WAYNESBORO- The Father’s Day Weekend Car & Truck Show took over downtown Waynesboro on Saturday. The annual event featured an impressive array of cars and trucks spanning all makes and models along Main Street from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Spectators strolled by the 200 registered vehicles, admiring the automotive eye candy while live music played and food vendors kept everyone fueled up. At 2 p.m., trophies were awarded for the Top 40 vehicles as well as Best of Show prizes for the top car and truck. The Market at the Park event ran concurrently, making for a full day of activities in the heart of Waynesboro. Despite the summer heat, the car show drew a strong crowd of automotive enthusiasts.
