Writers’ Workshop Offers Tips for Aspiring Authors

WAYNESBORO – The Connection, a local organization dedicated to empowering women, will host a writers’ workshop on Saturday, May 18. The event will feature Bella Kauffman, an experienced self-published author and blogger, who will share her expertise on finishing a book, publishing, and marketing.

The $15 workshop, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., will be held at The Connection’s headquarters at 112 Walnut Street. Attendees can expect to learn practical strategies for completing their long-awaited book projects, as well as insights into the self-publishing process and effective marketing techniques.

“Bella’s experience and passion for writing are sure to inspire and motivate our participants.” Kauffman, the author of multiple self-published books, including “A Different Kind of Beautiful,” is known for her dynamic speaking style and her ability to address the unique challenges faced by self-published authors.

During the workshop, she will also allocate time for a Q&A session, allowing attendees to ask questions and receive personalized guidance. The event is open to the public, and registration is available on The Connection’s website at www.connectingwomenwithgod.com/events.
