GETTYSBURG- The Gleaning Project of South Central PA is gearing up for its 11th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser on Friday, April 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Plank Gym at Gettysburg College.

A Delicious Event for a Worthy Cause

The Empty Bowls event is a beloved tradition that brings the community together to support The Gleaning Project’s mission of providing nutritious produce to those in need. Attendees can look forward to enjoying delicious soups from local restaurants, as well as bread, dessert, and beverages.

Take Home a Handcrafted Bowl

In addition to the delectable fare, each guest will leave with a beautiful handcrafted bowl, a reminder of the cause they are supporting. The bowls are created by local artisans and potters, adding a unique and personal touch to the event.
