HAGERSTOWN, MD- The Washington County Arts Council, Inc. has announced the Foundation Scholarship Fund for 2024, aimed at assisting students pursuing degrees or certificate programs with a focus on the arts. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Applicants must be US Citizens, residents of Washington County, MD for a minimum of two years, and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher in their academic endeavors. For individuals who have been out of school for an extended period, a resume may be submitted in place of a transcript.

Recipients of the scholarship must utilize the award within 12 months of receiving it, and the funds will be disbursed directly to the educational institution.
