HAGERSTOWN, MD – The Washington County Highway Department announced it will be closing Kemps Mill Road at the Snug Harbor bridge for inspection on Wednesday, Nov. 29, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. This closure will take place between Pinesburg Rd and Walnut Point Rd.
