Attend an Art Gallery Opening. Gallery 50 will host the opening reception for its new exhibit, “ECLECTIC – Art for the Holidays and Beyond,” on Friday, Nov. 3, 5:30 to 8 p.m. The exhibit will feature a diverse range of artwork from local and regional artists, including paintings, sculptures, photography, and mixed media. Refreshments and music by Prophets of the Abstract Truth. Admission is free.

Browse Local Treasures. The Fort Ritchie Community Center will host an Indoor Yard Sale on Nov. 4, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. More than 60 families and individuals will have a variety of yard sale items. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Enjoy a Bonfire. The Conococheague Institute will host a free Bonfire Night event on Saturday, Nov. 4, from noon to 8 p.m. This unique event will feature a variety of activities for all ages, set to include: archery, live falconry, tavern songs and dance, games and festivities, and a bonfire.

Have a Glass of Wine. The Fall Back Festival with Ciders, Spirits, and Wine will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Boonsboro, Md. The festival will feature over 125 varieties of libations from wineries, cideries, distilleries, and breweries. There will also be merchant and food vendors. Springbrooke and The Reagan Years will perform live music. Tickets available online.

View a Variety of Trains. The Waynesboro Lions Club will host its annual train show on Sunday, Nov. 5, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mont Alto Vol. Fire Dept.. Tickets are $5 per person or $10 for a family.
