GREENCASTLE- The Greencastle-Antrim School District will host the First Steps to Learning Program for parents with children from birth to entering Kindergarten. The program will take place on Monday, Nov. 13, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Greencastle-Antrim Primary School.

The program aims to provide an hour of fun and learning for children while helping them with both literacy and fine motor skills. The theme for this fall is “Falling for Reading.”

The First Steps to Learning Committee has put together some great activities that will not only be fun and engaging but also help children learn. Every child that attends the program will take home a brand new book and a bag of activities.

Parents are required to RSVP by Monday, Oct. 30, for registration. They need to provide their name, phone number, email, and address, along with their children’s names and birth dates. The program is free and open to parents who live in the Greencastle-Antrim School District. Parents are encouraged to share this information with their family and friends who live in the district.

For more information, please contact Mrs. Angela Singer, Executive Director of Elementary Education at (717) 597-3226 ext. 50519.
