Pipe Replacement Project Begins on Route 997

WAYNESBORO– A department maintenance crew in Franklin County is scheduled to begin a large pipe replacement project on Route 997 between Waynesboro and the village of Quincy.

Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, July 10, and will continue for about two weeks. Route 997 will be closed to through traffic. A detour will be in place using Manheim Road, Route 316 and Main Street.
