The FCADC settled on the sale of a 15,000 square foot industrial building at 1683 Opportunity Avenue in Chambersburg to the County of Franklin. Prior to the sale, the FCADC completed several critical building improvements including the installation of a new at-grade drive in door and office area renovations. The County plans to use the facility for much needed storage and administrative space for the Corrections Department and County Jail, as well as heavy equipment storage for the County Department of Emergency Services.

Burnside America, Inc. is expanding their 30,000 square foot manufacturing building located at 5900 Coffey Avenue within the Cumberland Valley Business Park in Chambersburg.
