        The Board will consider appointing the following individuals to the Franklin County Visitors Bureau Board of Directors for terms to expire on January 31, 2024:  Katrina Gayman, Patti Nitterhouse, Jackie Mowen, John Flannery, Scott Brown, Debby Cunningham, Chris Ardinger and Steve Christian. 

o   PRESENTATION – Teresa Beckner, Fiscal Director will meet with the Board to provide a fiscal report.
