CHAMBERSBURG–The Chambersburg Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers on the First Floor of the Utility Departments Addition to Borough Hall, 100 South Second St. The agenda is as follows:

1. Call meeting to order.

2. Election of Officers.

3. Review and discuss Borough Plan RE-1580, a Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Habitat for Humanity to subdivide lots and construct a single-family semidetached (duplex) dwelling at 424/428 West Queen Street.

4. Review and discuss Borough Plan RE-1581, a Final Subdivision Plan for Joseph C. and Mary Margaret Osterman to subdivide lots at 735 Lortz Avenue.

5. Review and discuss Borough Plan RE-1582, a Final Land Development Plan for Franklin County Courthouse Annex Addition to construct a building addition and install a canopy over the sidewalk at 157 Lincoln Way East.

6. Review and discuss a request from Toby Forrester to vacate Goshen Court between Lincoln Way East and East Washington Street.

7. Review and discuss Nuisances Code to define and regulate nuisances on public and private property, as proposed by staff and the Solicitor.

8. Review draft Ordinance to rezone a portion of the property addressed as 1100 Sheller Avenue from Low Density Residential to Distributed Commercial Highway.

9. Review draft Ordinance to repeal the Trailer Coaches Code and amend the Zoning Code with off-street parking regulations for Recreational Vehicles.

10. Approve minutes of the November 1, 2022 meeting.

11. Other matters as presented.

12. Adjourn with the next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
