Christa and Suzee Cline-White, of Waynesboro, brave the wind and cold during Saturday’s Market Day in downtown Waynesboro. Main Street, from Potomac Street to Clayton Avenue, was closed to through traffic for the annual event. The rain and wind contributed to the less-than-typical turn out, but those who did venture outside to attend Market Day weren’t disappointed. LEE GOODWIN/LOCAL/NEWS
