Find food and fun. The 86th Annual Quincy Ox Roast is being held through Monday, Sept. 6, at Quincy Community Ox Roast Assoc., Route 997 north of Waynesboro. The kitchen opens at 4 p.m. Saturday for soup and sandwiches; Cruzzz Night will be held Saturday evening; Kitchen opens at 11 a.m. Sunday, with a car show from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., plus games and more. Monday, kitchen opens at 7:30 a.m., with fun, entertainment and food all day.

Help a budding entrepreneur. Mainstreet Waynesboro’s Annual Kids Vendor Day will be held Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Main Street Park.

Check out a variety of vendors. Maugansville Community Day will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Maugansville Ruritan Club, 18007 Maugansville Road.

Take in a movie. Waynesboro Theatre will show “Jurassic World Dominion” (PG-13-2:27) Saturday at 7 p.m. Tickets are $6.

Enjoy a Food Truck Fest. The Boonsboro Food Truck Festival will be held Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. at Shafer Memorial Park. The event will include food trucks, vendors, tractor pull and axe throwing.
