CHAMBERSBURG — In accordance with Pennsylvania Statutes Title 42 Pa. C.S.A. Section 1503, a revised proposal to The Magisterial District Re-establishment Report for the 39th Judicial District is now available for public comment. The report can be viewed here.

The reestablishment report, mandated by the statute, is a 10-year plan meant to accommodate the needs of the citizens of the judicial district for the next decade.

Guidelines from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) direct that the proposed plan must be posted for public comment for 30 days before submission to AOPC. A copy of the posting along with any public comments received will be included with the final proposal. For more information or to submit a public written comment, contact Mark Singer, court administrator, at [email protected]
