CHAMBERSBURG—TAKE and the Pa. Coalition for Trans Youth will host a gathering Saturday, April 2, at 1 p.m. on the square of Chambersburg in front of the Chambersburg Visitors Center 15 S. Main St. to celebrate Transgender Day of Visibility and to support the reinstatement of the Non-Discrimination Ordinance that was repealed early this year.
The event is expected to be attended by people from across the state as well as many local attendees and speakers, including local pastors and Alice Elia, Chambersburg Borough Council Woman, as well as other leaders and citizens of Chambersburg. All are welcome.
