SHIPPENSBURG—A fire that broke out around 6 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, killing two, in Cumberland County has become a homicide investigation.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the fire in the 100 block of Neil Road, Southampton Township, is under investigation. More details are expected to be released later this week, according to PSP.
