According to Franklin County Department of Emergency services, there is a global internet and cell phone outage in Franklin County. This is affecting Comcast, Verizon and Lumen customers. Some customers may not have internet access or the ability to call 9-1-1 from their Verizon phone. You can utilize a landline phone or wifi calling in the event of an emergency.
