WAYNESBORO –  Waynesboro Apothecary had its “officlal” ribbon cutting last week at the site of the former Savage Pharmacy. As reported previously, partners Rob Norris and Richard Collier are thrilled to be able to maintain a privately owned pharmacy in Waynesboro at a time when so many are consolidating with larger chains.

Well wishers joined Norris and Collier for refreshments and a few words.  Norris reiterated their desire to maintain a high level of patient care like Roger Savage and and Dave Riley of Antietam Pharmacy provided for many years.

“It’s all about patient care,” said Norris.  “We’ll be rolling out new capabilities to make it easy to work with us.”

Hours of operation will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.  For more information and to keep up with coming changes, readers may visit waynesboroapothecary.com or call 717-762-2915.
