WAYNESBORO — Police arrested a 44-year-old Waynesboro man on felony charges involving terroristic threats, endangering another person and simple assault in a search that involved cordoning off areas around the 200 block of Hamilton Avenue Sunday afternoon, according to police and media reports.
Timothy Charles Bickham Jr. had been sought by police since Nov. 5, stemming from an altercation that occurred on Oct. 1 in the parking lot of 604 E. Main St. Police had warned the public that Bickham should be considered armed and dangerous, police had warned. But Bickham was taken into custody and transported to Franklin County Jail without incident. He also was charged with illegally possessing a firearm, according to police reports.
