On Friday night, the Hooverville Elementary School community gathered for their annual Trunk or Treat event. Families and friends filled the parking lot, where creatively decorated cars lined up, each offering a variety of treats. Laughter and excitement echoed as children in costumes eagerly collected candy and participated in fun activities. The evening was a delightful celebration of Halloween spirit, bringing everyone together to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
In addition to Hooverville Elementary, Summitview Elementary School in Waynesboro also hosted its Trunk or Treat event, which had been rescheduled due to weather concerns. The evening was filled with festive decorations and numerous trunks offering candy and treats, creating a fun and safe atmosphere for students and their families.
