HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Hagerstown hosted its annual City Park Fall Fest, a lively celebration of arts, entertainment and history. The event ran from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21, offering a variety of free activities for the whole family, such as pony rides, museum tours and hands-on art projects. Attendees explored six different activity sites throughout the park, where local craft vendors showcased their artistic creations. The festivities culminated in a spectacular fireworks display over City Park Lake at 7:45 p.m., following an afternoon filled with entertainment that included balloon bending and circus performances.
