Friday, Sep. 6, 7 p.m. “The Hours” (PG-13 1:55) “The Hours” is the story of three women searching for more potent, meaningful lives. Each is alive at a different time and place, all are linked by their yearnings and their fears. Their stories intertwine and finally come together in a surprising, transcendent moment of shared recognition.
Saturday, Sep. 7, 3 p.m. & 7 p.m. “A Man Called Otto” (PG-13 2:06) When a lively young family moves in next door, grumpy widower Otto Anderson meets his match in a quick-witted, pregnant woman named Marisol, leading to an unlikely friendship that turns his world upside down.
Sunday, Sep. 8, 4 p.m. “Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind” (MA 1:56) This intimate portrait examines one of the world’s most inventive comedians. Told largely through Robin’s own voice and using a wealth of never-before-seen archival footage, the film goes through the extraordinary life and career of Robin Williams.
Sunday, Sep. 8, 7 p.m. “The Forge” (PG 2:05) A year out of high school with no plans for his future, a boy is challenged by his single mom and a successful businessman to start charting a better course for his life. Through the prayers of his mother and biblical discipleship from his new mentor, he begins discovering God’s purpose for his life is so much more than he could hope for or imagine.
