HAGERSTOWN, MD – A section of Bakersville Road between Spielman and Shaffer Roads was closed Tuesday morning so road crews could carry out maintenance, according to the Washington County Highway Department.
Highway department officials expressed apologies for any inconvenience and said they appreciate the community’s understanding as they carried out needed work.
