Two nights. Two brothers. Two wins.

It was a weekend to remember for the Myers brothers, Cory and Craig, at the “Rumble in the Valley,” held at Path Valley Speedway on Friday and Saturday.

Cory Myers, of Fayetteville, captured the 270 Sprints feature on Friday before taking taking third place on Saturday in a race that was won by his brother, Craig Myers of Chambersburg. The Myers brothers have combined for nine wins this season.

Cory Myers started fifth in Friday’s race and made the winning pass on the third lap. On Facebook, he credits Myers Motors MRP Shocks, MRP Wings, ESR Pipes, and RTS Chassis for “great speed right now.”

Greencastle’s Bradyn Kuhn was also a standout in the 270 Sprints, placing fifth in Friday’s race before taking the runner-up position in Saturday’s feature. Also on Friday, Hagerstown’s Kameron Morral racked up a second-place finish in the 600 Sprints, finishing only behind Dakota Sheaffer of Gardners.

On Saturday at Path Valley, Chambersburg’s Kevin Bard was victorious in the Thunder Cars feature over Fayetteville’s Cameron Defenderfer.

Hagerstown Speedway was also running on Saturday, and Tyler Horst made the most of his time on the track, as the Waynesboro driver moved from a sixth-starting position to Victory Lane in the 20-lap Crate Late Models feature. Keith Reed, of Hagerstown, took third in the Pure Stocks race, while Greencastle’s Brady Neff was the fifth-place finisher in the Semi Late Models feature.

Elsewhere, at BAPS Motor Speedway on Saturday night, a group of four drivers from the Local.News area landed Top 10 finishes in the East Coast Legends feature. Seth Kearchner, of Fairfield, took fifth to lead a group of locals that includes Fairfield’s Lincoln Kearchner (7th), Greencastle’s Logan Jones (8th), and Chambersburg’s Kelby Friese (9th). Also at BAPS, Greencastle’s Scott Palmer landed a fourth-place finish in the Late Models feature.

Finally at Port Royal, Gary Stuhler had a full night of forward progress in the Super Late Models program. He moved from ninth to seventh in his heat race and won the B Main, before going from 19th to 14th in the feature.

Below is a speedway-by-speedway look at how area drivers performed last weekend:
