Franklin County is home to many diverse and fascinating forms of agriculture and our speaker highlighted one of the most interesting. Dr. Max Justice of Setas Mushrooms in Greencastle shared with us a summary of the health benefits of Setas Mushroom tinctures that his operation produces in our county. He noted that various types of his mushrooms improve mental health, sleep deprivation, immunization support, gut health, respiratory health, and many other ailments. Max is a multi-talented fellow Rotarian (Chambersburg Rotary) who not only excels in the mushroom domain but also has received recognition for his work in cyber security.
