At the Beginning of December 2023, 12 dogs were surrendered to the shelter after their owner had passed away. This group of pups lived their whole lives in barn stalls until they arrived at the shelter. They were all dirty and very scared when they arrived. Toby was one of those dogs and has slowly been coming out of his shell and has been learning that people are not so bad. He’s a 2-year-old collie mix and he will need someone that understands he will need time and patience while adjusting to a loving forever home. Toby is a really sweet guy who needs a second chance. Arthur came into the shelter as a stray and is one nice cat. He’s a 3-year-old black-and-white fellow who is going to make someone a really nice companion. Could that someone be you?
