HAGERSTOWN, MD- The winners of the 2024 Maryland International Film Festival-Hagerstown were announced at a special ceremony on Saturday March 23, at the Bulls and Bears “Potomac Walk.”
The Red Carpet event featured more than 100 filmmakers and attendees.
