HAGERSTOWN, MD- The Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) has unveiled its latest exhibition, “Maryland Muse: A Tapestry of Inspiration,” in partnership with the Maryland Office of the Comptroller’s “Art in Treasured Spaces” initiative. Running from March 1 to June 7, the exhibition is located at the Goldstein Treasury Building on the 1st Floor.
Featuring a diverse array of two-dimensional artworks capturing the essence of Maryland’s culture, beauty, and daily life, the showcase includes 64 pieces by various artists. The collection comprises 54 artworks from Maryland artists who participated in MSAC’s online exhibition series and 10 selected photographs from the Maryland Traditions program. Notable artists such as Alyscia Cunningham, Bill Dunlap, Joanna Barnum, and Schroeder Cherry are among the talented participants contributing to this vibrant display of creativity.
