HAGERSTOWN- The Washington County Highway Department announced an upcoming road closure on Cool Hollow Road, between National Pike (Rt 40) and 20148 Cool Hollow Road, for tree removal. This closure will be in effect on Thursday, Feb. 15, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
