CHAMBERSBURG- The Chambersburg Area School District (CASD) will host a community forum on Tuesday, Jan. 9, to offer residents a platform to voice their views and concerns about the district. The forum, scheduled for 5 to 6 p.m. in the Administration Building boardroom, aims to bridge the gap between traditional school board meetings and open communication with the public.
The forum will gather feedback on a variety of topics affecting the district, followed by a Q&A session to address pressing concerns. This format intends to encourage open and honest dialogue, fostering a stronger connection between the school district and the community it serves.
Following the January 9th forum, CASD plans to hold similar sessions focusing on specific areas of interest, including academic performance, facilities, budget, and policies. These additional forums, scheduled for February, March, and April, will also feature dedicated Q&A sessions, ensuring further opportunities for community input.
“Your participation is highly appreciated,” emphasized Superintendent Bigger. “Together, we can build a strong and supportive community that provides our students with the exceptional education they deserve.”
