Piper is a 4-year-old boxer mix who came into the shelter as a stray and very skinny. She has gained some weight since her arrival but does need to gain a little more. She also had a urinary infection when she arrived that led to the discovery that she had a high number of crystals in her urine. Because of this, Piper is currently on a special urinary food to help with the crystals and she may have to be on that food the rest of her life. Piper also tested Lyme positive and was symptomatic, so she is currently on an antibiotic course to treat the Lyme. Piper is a very happy girl that loves attention and seems to love everyone that she meets! She is a smart girl and knows sit and shake. She is food motivated and wants to please her people. Piper must meet all family members that reside in the home. Can you help this sweet girl out?
Skeeball came into the shelter as a stray. She is a 2-year-old black-and-white girl who absolutely loves attention. She also has really unique markings on her face – just look at that nose! Skeeball enjoys getting treats and likes to play with the catnip toys here at the shelter. She’s looking for a loving, forever home. Could that be yours?
