YORK – Expanding access to care and convenience for patients and families in Franklin County, WellSpan Health welcomes Balhara Internal Medicine Associates into WellSpan’s network. The practice serves two parts of the county with what will now be known as WellSpan Internal Medicine – Park 5th Avenue, located at 761 Park 5th Ave, Suite A, in Chambersburg, and WellSpan Internal Medicine – Fayetteville, located at 130 E Main St., in Fayetteville.

The three-provider practice established by Dr. Yogindra Balhara will continue to provide primary care services and supports for patients throughout the Franklin County community. This includes expert medical care for acute illnesses and injuries, chronic conditions and preventative care and is currently accepting new patients. Additionally, the practice provides a significant number of nursing home services, and Dr. Balhara serves as medical director for two nursing homes – Shippensburg Health Care Center and Shook Home.
