CHAMBERSBURG – Students from the Mechatronics program at Franklin County Career and Technology Center recently got a VIP tour of the Target Distribution Center.
The students started their day at Safety School, where they learned about the safety procedures that are in place at the facility. They then toured the entire facility, where they saw firsthand how Target uses mechatronics to distribute its products.
The Target Distribution Center is a major employer in Franklin County, and the company is committed to supporting the local community. The tour was just one example of how Target partners with the Franklin County Career and Technology Center to prepare students for successful careers.
