The Institute’s third annual Pumpkins and Pippins fall festival was held on Saturday, October 21 from noon to 4 p.m. at Pine Hill Recreation Area, Waynesboro.
The festival was a fundraiser for The Institute, and included a full slate of activities and fun for all ages. There was a “kid zone” with yard games, a StoryWalk® hike and activity, and a photo stand.
Pony rides for kids from Serendipity Horse Meadows Farm provided a fun and memorable experience. New this year, kids and adults could visit alpacas from Sugar Hollow Farm Alpacas.
The GRID (Grease, Rust, Iron & Dirt) Tractor Club from Quincy brought antique tractors, and craft vendors offered a variety of wares.
