WAYNESBORO- NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that the Township of Washington Board of Supervisors shall be holding a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code Act of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended (53 P.S. 10101 et seq.).
The purpose of the hearings shall be to gather public comment concerning proposed amendments to the Code of Washington Township and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of the Borough of Waynesboro and Washington Township on Monday, October 16, 2023, at approximately 1:30 p.m. at the Washington Township Offices, 11798 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Immediately after the public hearings the Board shall consider enactment of the proposed amendments during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board to be held at the same location.
Please take further notice that copies of the proposed amendments may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof from the Township Secretary at the Township office building.
